Through the use of a form, the user will be able to contact the company, by means of a message, to request further information about the services performed and/or quotes, or to apply for a job position. In order for the user to be recontacted, it is necessary to collect the interested party's e-mail and name, along with any other information relevant to the request made by the user. 3.5. Cookies

This article explores how Cookies are installed and read, providing a brief description of what they are, how to find them on your device and eventually, how to disable them.

3.5.1. What are they?

Cookies are pieces of information stored by your browser when you visit a website with any suitable device (such as a PC, tablet or smartphone). Each cookie contains different data (e.g., the name of the server it comes from, a numeric identifier, etc.), may remain on the system for the duration of a session (until the browser is closed) or for long periods, and may contain a unique identifier.

What are they used for? Cookies are used for different purposes depending on their type: some are strictly necessary for the proper functioning of a website (technical cookies), while others optimize performance to provide a better user experience or help acquire statistics on site usage, such as analytical cookies, or allow you to view personalized advertising, such as profiling cookies.

Consent? The eventual presence of the user's consent is memorized by the Company by means of a technical cookie. The user is informed both through the short notice (banner displayed until consent is given or denied) and through this extended policy; in addition, paragraph 3.5.3. contains links to the privacy policies of third parties.

How to disable them? You can disable cookies through your browser settings (par. 3.5.4. "How to disable cookies?") or through the mechanisms made available by some third parties (par. 3.5.3. "Cookies used on the website").

3.5.2 General types of cookies used on the site

First-party cookies: only technical cookies are used for the proper functioning and display of the site and for the purpose of storing the user's consent to the use of cookies.

Third-party analytical cookies: this site uses, with the visitor's consent, navigation cookies generated by Google Tag Manager, a web traffic analysis service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Such analytical cookies are solely used to analyze the amount of users reaching certain pages of the website through the advertising campaign generated by the Google Ads service. Google Tag Manager uses cookies to anonymously collect and analyze information about website usage behavior (excluding the user's IP address).

This information is collected by Google Tag Manager, which processes it for the purpose of producing reports accessible to AIDAPT S.r.l. operators or external operators in charge, concerning the activities of the website itself. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. For more information on how Google Tag Manager uses cookies, please consult its privacy policy.

3.5.4. How to disable cookies?

Browser control: commonly used browsers (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari) accept cookies by default, but this setting can be changed by the user at any time. This applies to both PCs and mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones: it is a generally and widely supported feature. Therefore, cookies can easily be deactivated or disabled by accessing the options or preferences of the browser, with the option of eventually blocking only third party cookies.

In general, these options will only take effect for that browser and on that device, unless you have options to merge preferences across devices.

Specific instructions can be found on the options or help page of the browser itself. Disabling technical cookies, however, may affect the full and/or proper functioning of various sites, including this site.

Generally, the browsers used nowadays:
