Privacy Policy

This page describes how the personal data of users who visit this website is processed, pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”). It applies exclusively to the website www.aidaptsrl.com and not to other websites the user may visit through links.

1. Data controller

2.1. Browsing data

To display the website, the systems hosting it receive certain data whose transmission is inherent in the use of Internet communication protocols, such as the IP address, browser type, requested page and time of the request. This data is processed solely to deliver the website and to keep it secure and working correctly, on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and is not used to identify or profile users.

2.2. Contact form

Through the contact form, users can ask for information about AIDAPT’s services or arrange a first conversation. We process the data the user enters: name, organisation, contact details, topic and message. The request is sent to AIDAPT by e-mail at info@aidaptsrl.com, including through a short automated process hosted on Amazon Web Services in the European Union, which does not keep the data beyond the time needed to send it and does not involve any profiling.

The data is processed to answer the request and, if the user wishes, for any subsequent pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

2.3. Job applications

Through the “Careers” form, users can send a spontaneous application. We process the first and last name, e-mail address, role of interest, any information the user adds and the Curriculum Vitae in PDF format, which is required to evaluate the application.

Once sent, the application is processed automatically by a service hosted on Amazon Web Services in the European Union (Ireland), which forwards it by e-mail to info@aidaptsrl.com, where authorised AIDAPT staff evaluate it. The service does not keep the data beyond the time needed to send it and does not involve any profiling.

The data is processed to evaluate the candidate’s profile with a view to a possible collaboration (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and Art. 111-bis of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003). Please do not include special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR), such as health information, in your CV unless strictly necessary.

2.4. Sending an e-mail

Voluntarily sending an e-mail to the addresses shown on this website means we receive the sender’s address, which we need in order to reply, and any other personal data included in the message (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

2.5. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies, whether technical or profiling, and does not use traffic analytics or tracking tools. For this reason, no cookie consent banner is shown.

3. Providing data

Providing data through the website’s forms is optional. However, if the data marked as required is not provided, we cannot follow up on the request or evaluate the application.

4. Place and methods of processing

Processing takes place at the controller’s premises and is carried out only by expressly authorised staff, using tools that ensure the security and confidentiality of the data.

Data entered in the contact and application forms is processed by Amazon Web Services on servers located in the European Union (Ireland) and delivered by e-mail through Google Workspace, configured to process data in the European Union. This data is therefore processed exclusively in the European Union.

The website is hosted on AWS Amplify, a service of Amazon Web Services. To deliver pages quickly, AWS uses a network of servers that also extends outside the European Union, which handles only the browsing data described in section 2.1 (such as the IP address). Any transfers of this data take place under the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

5. Retention period

Longer retention periods required by law remain unaffected.

6. Recipients of the data

Data may be shared with the technology providers the controller uses, acting as data processors: Amazon Web Services for hosting the website and processing the forms, and Google (Google Workspace) for e-mail. Data may also be disclosed to parties to whom disclosure is required by law. The list of recipients is available on request by writing to info@aidaptsrl.com.

7. Disclosure of data

Personal data is not disclosed to the public. Data provided by e-mail or through the website’s forms is used solely to follow up on the request or application and is shared with third parties only where required by law or needed to provide the requested service.

8. Rights of data subjects

As a data subject, you may at any time exercise the rights provided by Articles 15–22 GDPR: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).

9. Protection of minors

The services offered through this website are intended for people aged 18 or over. AIDAPT does not knowingly collect personal data from minors; if it becomes aware that it has done so, it will delete that data.

10. Changes to this policy

AIDAPT may change this policy at any time by publishing the updated version on this page with its date. Please check it periodically.
